Sales Navigator Agent

Privacy notice

Effective July 22, 2026

What we collect

  • App account details, profile details, sign-in activity, and role.
  • A protected version of your LinkedIn profile link, your display name, and the dates when the extension was connected and verified.
  • People and Account details saved by the extension, when and where they were saved, earlier versions, notes, tags, campaigns, and privacy-minimized extension diagnostics.
  • Workspace membership and role history, campaign outreach approvals, conversation events, command-bound client-observed send receipts, scheduling events, reported appointment outcomes, corrections, and audit activity. A client-observed receipt is an extension report, not independent or cryptographic proof of LinkedIn activity.
  • Purchases, credits added or used, balance changes made by support, pricing changes, expirations, past exports, payment reversals, account status, and Stripe payment records.

Sales Navigator account association

On first use, the extension reads your own profile link and display name from the signed-in Sales Navigator user menu. The server stores a protected match instead of the profile link itself, together with the display name and connection dates. The server does not receive or store LinkedIn cookies, tokens, Sales Navigator sessions, scraping credentials, raw browser sessions, or LinkedIn-authenticated scraping requests.

How we use data

We use data to sign you in, associate one Sales Navigator profile, store and display your saved results, coordinate approved browser-local outreach, report team performance, price and complete exports, prevent duplicate charges, keep reliable version history, detect abuse and payment risk, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Workspace views and exports use only that workspace’s saved data.

Smart search

For People, smart search can use job title, current role and Account, location, about text, skills, and education. For Accounts, it can use name, industry, description, specialties, location, and company size.

It does not use emails, phone numbers, contact links, profile or website links, notes, tags, billing data, LinkedIn connection data, or diagnostic information. AI tools use only these work details to find matches in saved workspace data. Results stay inside your workspace. Your LinkedIn login, cookies, tokens, and browser session never leave the extension.

Team access and pooled model data

Active members can read shared workspace records and conversation activity. Owners and managers can review immutable activity and corrected outcome history. When a member leaves, team data remains in the workspace; any personal copy is paused for review.

By default, the service may pool pseudonymized embeddings, derived features, and finalized observed outcomes across workspaces to improve outcome models. It does not pool raw message text or direct identifiers. A workspace owner can stop future pooled contributions. That setting does not retract contributions already incorporated into prior training or validation.

Service providers and disclosure

Stripe processes payments, billing addresses, business tax information, tax calculations, and payment-risk signals. Infrastructure and authentication providers process the limited data necessary to host and secure the app. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your app account data or LinkedIn connection details.

Retention and control

Hiding a thread or archiving a Person or Account removes it from ordinary active views; immutable event, correction, and source history remains available for integrity and audit. Billing, support changes, pricing, past export charges, reversals, fraud checks, and source history are retained as necessary for accounting, security, disputes, legal obligations, and duplicate-charge prevention. Each LinkedIn account can be connected only once; reconnecting it or restoring access after an account review requires support review. You may use the account support channel to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Security and changes

We use access controls, separate customer workspaces, protected LinkedIn account matching, tamper-resistant billing records, and restricted server access. No system is perfectly secure. We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change and will post the effective date here.
