Sales Navigator Agent

Terms of service

Effective July 22, 2026

Service and eligibility

The service lets signed-in workspace members capture data, organize campaigns, coordinate approved outreach through their own browser, report appointment outcomes, and purchase credits to export saved data. You must have authority to use the service, maintain your own LinkedIn and Sales Navigator access, and comply with applicable law and the terms that govern services you use with it.

This service is independent of LinkedIn and is not LinkedIn-approved. LinkedIn states that third-party browser extensions which scrape, change, or automate LinkedIn are prohibited and that automated activity can result in temporary or permanent account restriction. Review LinkedIn’s prohibited software and account restriction guidance before enabling automation.

Team workspaces

Workspace members can access shared People, Accounts, campaigns, and conversation activity according to their role. Owners control workspace identity and ownership; managers can administer non-owner membership, workspace outreach limits, and reported outcomes. Your personal subscription, credits, exports, and LinkedIn association stay with your individual app account. Team records remain with the workspace when a member leaves. Any personal departure copy is paused and requires review before relaunch.

Outreach automation

Each sender must give a blocking acknowledgment of LinkedIn’s automation risk before sending can be enabled. Sending occurs only inside that sender’s authenticated browser extension. The server does not receive LinkedIn cookies, credentials, or authenticated page state. Workspace administrators can stop automation, and a sender may impose stricter personal limits.

Outreach receipts are client-observed reports bound to a specific approved command. They are not independent or cryptographic proof that LinkedIn accepted or delivered an action. Thread observations stay unavailable unless the extension can derive a bounded receipt from browser-observed page state.

Opt-out, account challenge or restriction, missing or mismatched LinkedIn identity, unknown send state, incomplete reconciliation, a terminal outcome, and manual pause cannot be overridden. The service does not use anti-detection behavior. A booking is provisional; a successful outcome requires an assigned representative to confirm that the appointment was held. The service does not create Google Calendar, Meet, Zoom, SMS, email, or other third-party scheduling accounts or credentials.

Account and Sales Navigator profile

Using the production extension, checkout, and paid exports require both an app account and one associated Sales Navigator profile. A profile can be associated with only one app account. Associating it again requires support review. You may not transfer, share, or evade an account that is under review.

Credits and pricing

  • One purchased Credit corresponds to $0.01 of top-up value.
  • Each top-up’s amount, purchased Credits, and bonus Credits are shown before Checkout.
  • Each export shows the current Person and Account credit costs before download.
  • You are charged only once for each Person or Account; exporting it again is free.
  • Each successfully delivered Assistant message uses one Credit.

Credits purchased in one-time top-ups do not expire. Promotional and administrative bonus credits expire 90 days after they are granted and are consumed first. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period, do not roll over, and are consumed before purchased Credits. Credits added by support do not represent a purchase and have no cash value. All credits are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and may be used only with the account that received them. Export requests expire after 15 minutes and retain the price shown when they were started; the final charge can be lower if another completed export has already paid for one of the selected People or Accounts.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Each successful renewal grants the credits shown for that plan for the new billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so Assistant & Insights remains available until then. Plan changes are made by ending the current subscription at period end and starting the new plan afterward; we do not apply an in-place prorated switch.

The first successful card top-up or subscription payment permanently unlocks Capture & Export: Capture, Searches, Captures, and export features for the account, subject to fraud, dispute, and account blocking. An active paid subscription is required for Assistant & Insights: Assistant chat, Search refresh and comparison, smart search, and Campaign fit modeling.

Paid beta requirements

The paid beta requires an active Sales Navigator account and a recent authenticated check-in confirming that the beta Chrome extension is connected before Checkout is enabled. Extension installation may be limited to the beta distribution path while Chrome Web Store review is pending. Every refresh begins with a user-triggered client-side capture; the service does not perform autonomous monitoring or backend LinkedIn navigation.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes card payments, billing addresses, business tax information, and applicable taxes. All sales are final except where a refund or cancellation is required by law. A refund, dispute, payment reversal, or fraud warning may freeze the app account and associated Sales Navigator profile, set aside unused credits, and require support review. Payment and credit history is retained rather than silently deleted.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, access controls, privacy obligations, or contractual restrictions; to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis; to impersonate another person; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or block access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security, legal, or platform-risk concerns.

Data, availability, and liability

You retain responsibility for the data you capture and export. The service may preserve version history and internal source information for integrity, review, and future product operation as described in the Privacy Notice. The service is provided as available, without a promise that a third-party interface will remain compatible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and lost- profit damages are excluded.
